After one of two free throws for the Beavers, Alana Goodchild hit a buzzer-beater from way beyond the arc to send the game to overtime.
  • In the extra time, Oregon State twice build three-point leads but both times the Broncos connected on triples to draw even. Malia Latu's just with four seconds remaining put Santa Clara up 72-71, the Beavers ran a pretty give-and-go that led to the game-winning basket.
