SANTA CLARA, Calif. – For the ninth-straight week, the Santa Clara men's tennis team made the ITA rankings, coming in at No. 55 this week.  They moved up three spots from last week. 

During the nine-week run, the highest ranking the Broncos reached is No. 53.  The last time the program has been ranked this many times in a season was the 2013-14 campaign when they were ranked 15 times. 

SCU (15-6, 2-4 WCC) is coming off a split against No. 47 Pacific and Saint Mary's last week in the final home matches of the season.  The Broncos defeated Pacific 4-2 for their third win against a ranked opponent this spring.  Earlier in the season Santa Clara downed No. 53 South Florida on the road and No. 69 New Mexico at home.  At Senior Day on Sunday, the Broncos fell 4-3 to Saint Mary's. 

The Broncos close out the regular season this week on the road at Portland on Friday and Gonzaga on Sunday.
