The Bronco pairs to win proved to be seniors Jordan Bennett/Casey Campbell and the steady Alexie Epstein/Alexandra Urbina duo. The Broncos finished the WCC Championship in fourth place.

The battle between the rivals started emotionally with a dual score of 1-1 where Noelle Niederman and Hayley Hahn fell short in three sets with scores of 21-12, 15-21, 10-15. The Bronco pair that gave Santa Clara the first team point was Epstein and Urbina, finishing at the five slot 21-15, 21-11. While Saint Mary's was able to take the fours and ones pair, clinching the dual, the senior duo of Bennett and Campbell added a Bronco point as they won their last Santa Clara match 21-17, 20-22, 15-9.
