SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara women's soccer has signed five players to National Letters of Intent during the early signing period. The Broncos will welcome Litsy Alcocer, Alexa Douglass, Sydney Scott, Solna Van Enoo, and Lucy Wimsatt next season.

Litsy Alcocer | 5-2 | Forward | Garden Grove, Calif. | Legends FC | Pacifica HS

Alcocer played club for Legends FC where they won the National Championship in 2023. She was named the MVP that season and scored at least one goal per match.
Â
At Pacifica High School, Alcocer was named MVP and First Team All-League for scoring 27 league goals in eight games. She was awarded the Athletic Award in Pacific as well as the Scholar-Athlete Award.

In the classroom, Alcocer is a four-time member of the Honor Roll and was recognized by the Social Science department.

She also ran track & field where she was named MVP and All-League.

In her free time, Alcocer enjoys reading and has volunteered for the Boys and Girls Club of Garden Grove.

"Litsy is a very dynamic and versatile attacking player. She is quick and has great agility that will cause a lot of problems for opponents with and without the ball. She will be impossible for opponents to scout," said Santa Clara head coach
Jerry Smith.

Lexie Douglass | 5-6 | Defender | Denver | Real Colorado National | Northfield HS
Â
Douglass won the U17 ECNL National Championship in 2025 with Real Colorado National. Her team were semifinalists in 2022 and 2023 and quarterfinalists in 2024. She was also named Texas League All-Conference in 2024.

Douglass has national team experience with the US U16 where she took part in a training camp in 2024. She also played with the ODP Colorado travel team 2020-24.

She is a three-year varsity player at Northfield High School and was a team captain in 2025. She was named 4A Colorado All-State in 2024 and has been all-conference 2023-25.

In her free time, Douglass enjoys skiing, spending time with friends, and live music.

"Lexie is a very versatile back line player who helped her club team win a national championship. She is a tenacious defender and competitor who will add some bite to our back line as well as help us going forward," said Smith.

Sydney Scott | 5-4 | Midfielder | Woodinville, Wash. | Crossfire | Intended HS

Scott played club for Crossfire where her team took second place in Nationals. They won Surf Cup twice and also won the Man City Cup and SIlverlakes. The team was five-time ECNL Conference champions and ranked No. 3 in the Washington prep soccer rankings.

At Intended High School, Scott was named First Team All-State and First Team All-Conference twice. She has also been named MVP, Offensive MVP and Newcomer of the Year while leading the league in assists. The team placed second at the State Championship.

She enjoys wakeboarding and snowboarding.

"Syd is a midfielder who helped her club team go to nationals. She has all the intangibles that a team needs to win. She reminds me of one of my favorite former players,
Lucy Mitchell in that she will always find a way to help the team win whether or not it shows up on the stat sheet," said Smith.

Solana Van Enoo | 5-8 | Pos | Huntington Beach, Calif. | Pateadores | Huntington Beach HS

Van Enoo played club for Pateadores where she was named ECNL All-Southwest Conference Second Team in 2024 and 2025. She was also a part of the SOCAL Players' Development Program in 2021.

In high school, Van Enoo was a four-year varsity player and a two-time captain. She was named All-Sunset League Second Team in 2024 and was an All-Sunset League Scholar Athlete all four years.

Van Enoo was president of her school's National Honor Society and worked as a camp counselor as well as coaching young soccer players.

"Solana is a triple threat forward in that she's proficient at scoring with her left foot, right foot, and with her head. In addition to scoring, she's a very good passer who can setup other teammates to score," said Smith.

Lucy Wimsatt | 5-4 | Defender | Redmond, Wash. | Crossfire | Woodinville HS

Wimsatt played club for Crossfire where her team was Northwest Conference champions in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. In 2024, the team was also a G08 ECNL National Championship finalist. That season she was named Northwest Conference First Team All-Conference.

During her time at Woodinville HS, Wimsatt was named a 2025 All-American. In 2024 she was First Team All-State and King County First Team All-Conference. She was named Second Team All-State and King County Second Team All-Conference in 2023. In 2023 and 2024 her team was Washington State Finalists.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking and playing spike ball and volleyball.

"Lucy is an outside back or wing back who covers a tremendous amount of ground and helped her club team go to nationals. She will be able to help us in all three thirds of the field on both sides of the ball," said Smith.
