TULSA, Okla. – Three Santa Clara men's tennis players competed at the prequalifying round of the ITA All-American Championships on Saturday with Alexander Watanabe Eriksson the sole Bronco advancing to the round of 128.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Watanabe Eriksson came back to defeat Drexel's Tarek Erlewein 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 in the round of 256 to advance to the next round. He will play NC State's Jules Leroux on Sunday.
- Lukas Maskow dropped a three set match to Dayton's Mikkel Zinder while Luca Lemaitre lost to Penn's Shaurya Bharadwaj. They will each play in Sunday's consolation match.
