SAN BRUNO, Calif. – For the third time this season, Allen Graves is the West Coast Conference Men's Basketball Freshman of the Week. The big man won the honor for the week of Feb. 2nd after averaging 14 points and eight rebounds per game to help Santa Clara men's basketball extend their win streak to six straight.

Graves opened the week by dropping 11 points, six rebounds, three steals and three assists to help the Broncos take down rival San Francisco, 88-73, for their 12^th-straight win in Leavey Center. The Ponchatoula, La., native followed up by recording his second double-double of the year with 17 points and 10 rebounds to go with a pair of steals in SCU's 104-73 blowout road victory over LMU.

Graves shot 68.8 percent from the floor (11-of-16), 5-of-6 at the charity stripe and averaged 2.5 steals over the two wins, helping the Broncos secure their fifth-straight season with double digit conference victories.

For the season, Graves is averaging 10.4 points (third on team), 6.8 rebounds (fifth in WCC) and ranks 28^th nationally with 47 total steals, which already ranks second among freshmen in program history and two shy of Steve Kenilvort's record set in 1982-83.

Graves' three WCC Freshman of the Week honors are tied for the second-most player of the week honors in a single season in program history, and one shy of tying Brandin Podziemski's record set in 2022-23 when he took home WCC Player of the Week honors four times. He 

Graves and the Broncos will look to keep the win streak intact with back-to-back road games this week beginning Wednesday, Feb. 4, against Pacific in Stockton. Tip is set for 7:00 p.m. PT and will be streamed live on ESPN+.
