NORMAN, Okla. — Friday night's second game of the Santa Clara University baseball team's non-conference series at No. 14/10-ranked Oklahoma has been canceled due to severe weather warnings and watches in the area.
Â
Severe thunderstorms are possible overnight in the central Oklahoma region, and a tornado watch has been put in place for much of the central and western part of the state, including Norman, where the University of Oklahoma's campus resides. Friday's game will not be made up. The teams will continue the series with their originally scheduled games on Saturday and Sunday at noon PST and 11 a.m. PDT, respectively.
