TUCSON, Ariz. - Santa Clara split on the first day of the Arizona Invitational, defeating Arizona Christian 5-0. Alexie Epstein and Alexandra Urbina secured the sole win against the No. 19 Wildcats.

Epstein and Urbina put together their fifth win as a pair and their second win against a nationally ranked opponent. They took it in two, winning 21-19, 21-19 against #19 Arizona.
vs. Arizona Christian
Santa Clara swept Arizona Christian in the second match of the day.
Elena Radeff and
Katie Kishton punctuated the win at the ones pair, winning 21-9, 21-12. This proved to be the first Bronco sweep of the season.
