SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Santa Clara women's soccer alum Rachel Bastone has signed a professional contract with Vestri in Iceland.

Bastone was a four-year member of the Broncos and was a freshman on the team's 2020 National Championship squad. She blossomed her senior year when she served as a team captain and started all 21 matches while scoring a goal and adding an assist.

During her Santa Clara career, Bastone had one goal and three assists while playing in 31 matches with 22 starts.

She joins a long list of Broncos in the professional ranks of women's soccer.
