RENO, Nev. — The Santa Clara University men's track team delivered a series of top finishes at the Wolf Pack Classic, highlighted by a third-place effort in the distance medley relay and multiple runners near the front of the 3,000 meters and 800 meters at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center.

Santa Clara's 'B' quartet of
Antonio Camacho-Bucks,
Andrew Ho,
Eric Ortega-Gammill, and
Evan Charkut finished third in the distance medley relay with a time of 10 minutes, 21.44 seconds, crossing more than 10 seconds ahead of the next team in the standings.

Jack Tobin and
James Ponzio led the Broncos in the 3,000 meters, placing fourth (8:44.93) and fifth (8:45.36), respectively.
Jack Kyle added a seventh-place performance in 8:52.11 to give Santa Clara three runners in the top seven.

Connor Rickey paced Santa Clara in the 800 meters, finishing sixth in 1:55.78, followed closely by
Coen Strub in seventh (1:56.23) and
Antonio Camacho-Bucks in eighth (1:56.34).
Jacob McManus and
Andrew Ho added times of 1:57.78 and 1:58.29, respectively.

Eric Ortega-Gammill ran 4:18.66 to place seventh overall in the mile and take second in his section.
Evan Charkut also claimed second in his section with a 4:21.66 effort, while
James Ponzio and
Jude Alvarez finished fourth and fifth in that same section.
