SAN BRUNO, Calif. - Santa Clara sophomore goalkeeper Ally Harrison was named the West Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Week after posting two clean sheets last week at UTSA and No. 18 Texas State.

On Thursday, Harrison made four saves in a shutout of the Roadrunners. UTSA entered the match scoring 2.3 goals per game and had been shutout just once on the season.

Harrison faced an even more potent offense in the Bobcats on Sunday. Texas State was tied for 12th in country with 3.1 goals per game coming into the match and had only been shutout one other time.

This is Harrison's second weekly honor. She was named the Defensive Player of the Week on November 10, 2025 as well.

The Broncos begin West Coast Conference play Saturday at San Diego.
