SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Three Santa Clara women's soccer student-athletes were named All-West Region by the United Soccer Coaches. Mailin Orozco took home Second Team honors with Izzy DeBuyl and Kennedy Schoennauer being named Third team.
 
Orozco led the team with six goals and 14 points while appearing in all 19 matches and starting 18. She scored one game-winner and added two assists. Orozco was Second Team All-WCC this season as well.
 
DeBuyl played in 18 matches and made 16 starts. The redshirt freshman led the team with 1,489 minutes as she helped anchor the back line. DeBuyl was All-WCC honorable mention and All-Freshman this year.
 
Schoennauer played in and started 18 matches while finishing second on the team with five goals and 13 points. She scored three game winners, tied for more on the team. Schoennauer was First Team All-West Region last season. She was also named All-WCC honorable mention in November.
