SAN FRANCISCO – Santa Clara men's track & field raced at both the Mike Fanelli Track Classic and the Stanford invitational over the weekend. Results can be found here and here.
 
"Great weekend of competing by the team. Solid 800s and 1500s at Fanelli, led by Andrew Ho and his three second 800m PR that was eighth all-time. It was great to welcome Oliver back to racing and freshmen Liam Papavasiliou and Eric Ortega-Gammill raced really well too. Daniel Vaca led the team at Stanford with a really good season opener in the steeplechase of 8:54.9, good for 5th all time. To round out the weekend, Colin Peattie ran at the No. 3 mark at the Brutus Hamilton Invite at Cal crossing the line at 1:51.61," head coach Felipe Montoro said.
