SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's soccer announced the signing of Yarin Hasson, a former U-18 and 19 Israeli National Team player.
"I chose Santa Clara University because it gives me the opportunity to excel both as a student and as an athlete in a supportive and inspiring environment," said Hasson who will matriculate during the winter 2026 term.
The Netanya, Israel native was also a member of the U-19 Israeli youth league runner-up team in 2022-23. During the 2022-23 season, the left-winger recorded five goals and 19 assists.
"Yarin is an accomplished player who has competed at a high level back in Israel," said Broncos head coach Cam Rast. "He athleticism and work rate make him a good fit for the collegiate game in the U.S. He is a two-way player with good ability to attack and a willingness to defend. Overall his mentality and skill will allow him to compete for time in the wide channels in our system."
