Santa Clara University

Terremere was named Honorable Mention All-American for his accomplishments on the football field at Santa Clara. After graduation in 1931 he returned to his Alma Mater, Sequoia High School, as a teacher and coach. There he ran the school's football, baseball, and boxing programs. Sequoia's football stadium was designated as Terremere Field in his honor. Al Terremere was inducted in Santa Clara University’s Hall of Fame in 1964.
