Jennifer (Lalor) Nielsen played midfield for the Broncos from 1992 to 1996. She was the first to receive a full athletic scholarship for Women’s Soccer to Santa Clara University. Nielsen led the nation in assists, appeared in 2 NCAA Final Four Tournaments (1994 & 1996), and was a 3x NCAA All-American. Additionally, she was also a two-time finalist for the Missouri Athletic Club Award and the Hermann Trophy. Both awards are given to the player who is considered the best in the nation.
