William Gianera was a beloved Bronco who came back and became the 22nd President of Santa Clara. Gianera was the President of Santa Clara from 1945-1951 where he led the Broncos by example. His passion was sports as he was many teams’ chaplin. Today, there is a medal named after him for Broncos who have been alumni for over 50 years.
