Kevin Eagleson played Bronco basketball alongside Dennis Awtrey and the Ogden brothers. He helped SCU to a three-year record of 73-12, three WCAC titles, and three NCAA Regional appearances. In 1969 his team went 27-2 and was ranked as high as second in the nation.  In 1969, Eagleson earned an Honorable Mention for the All-WCC team. In 2006, Kevin Eagleson and Julie Burns Christensen were selected to receive the Santa Clara University Ignatian Award for outstanding service. He was inducted into the Santa Clara Athletic Hall of Fame in 1982.
