Santa Clara Athletics Hall of Fame
Cas Castruccio will always be remembered in Santa Clara history for his dedication to the school and the athletic program. His love for SCU athletics ran so deep that he would often take his family by train as far as San Francisco, Oklahoma, and Texas to see his beloved Broncos play. His legacy has been passed down by his son, Lou, through many financial endeavors, including the lead gift for the Jesuit residence. Lou also donated a scholarship fund in Cas’ name. Cas will always stay in Santa Clara history, especially in the basketball program history for his consistent generous contributions.
